Often reservation systems accept 63 characters in the name field in the reservation but are limited to displaying only 29 characters. This includes a / and probably a MR as characters and spaces are omitted. It is almost undoubtedly ticketed corrected and simply truncating how it is displayed. This is common with very long names and is not a problem at all. I wouldn't worry about it.
