I pointed that out and got nowhere. I found it frustrating, and I did try to be polite and persistent, to no avail. Of course, YMMV. I booked back in early March, so maybe things have changed.
Perhaps it will take just one persistent person to pave the way. But after all the hours and phone calls, I was happy to find something that they would actually book.
The miles were originally earned from the RGN deal, so I can't really complain. And I was booking five tickets for the whole family, so that added another layer of complexity.
