Same for the continental breakfast at a hotel. It's not "free", it's included in the price paid for the room.

Well in that case, I need to get my money's worth! Speaking of included, when my Dad and I ride Amtrak sleeper cars and meals are included, I always get the steak and tell him I'm "getting our money's worth"
