I agree. The drinks in F aren't
free, they are
prepaid.
Same for the continental breakfast at a hotel. It's not "free", it's included in the price paid for the room.
An example of something truly free would be the employee handing out free samples of food in front of a restaurant. It's free because you didn't pay for it in advance as part of a bundle and you're not obligated to buy anything. (Of course, if you like the food and buy your lunch there, you've just paid for your "free" sample as well as several other people's!
)
