Do you know how big the pitch is in 20? My guess would be that those seats have a bigger pitch than standard Eco Extra/Plus-seats? (I need to convice my very tall friend.)
When I was in 20A on IAD-CPH in a A340 with A330 seatmap (OY-KBM), row 20 had around the same pitch as those seated infront of me in Plus. The only disadvantage was that I lost some seat width to the tray tables, but the extra leg room made up for it ++. One of the two two-seaters on row 20 would be the best choice IMO. ^
