The Platinum status, while not great, is nice with free wifi (+a few other benefits). Lots of nice properties around the world and points required to stay are way less than most hotel chains.
I don't have this card but the WIKI states that if you earn 40K miles (for a $20K spend) you get $400 +10%=$440.
If I spend $20K on my Hyatt card I will have at least 20K Hyatt points but as many as 40K or 60K points - depending on where I spend the money. Even at the lowest return (20K points) gives me a value well over $440
As always, YMMV
then you can stay only 1 night? instead of 5 nights with airbnb?
and they are actual house, free laundry and dryer and wifi and parking
haha, you are kinda looking at just price of hotel which is way smaller room that gives a free breakfast which i don't care
