If this was AA57 then it can be held up a few days. Eventually it comes through, they can either be very quick or a week or so. If it was an upgrade on AA then even if paid for then no extra TPs/Avios for first.

If this was BA metal and it was an upgrade such as AUP then you may well need to call, well known bug in the system on that one. For revenue First on BA metal it should certainly have posted by now and you could try the automated check system for missing TPs/Avios in BA.com to see what it says.
