I just filled one out about the Executive Club. They were asking how satisfied I was with the Club overall, and in particular they seemed to focus on spending Avios - they got a big fat Completely Dissatisfied response to the one asking how satisfied I was with the ability to spend Avios. I wonder what enhancements will follow this particular survey?
