Hi All,

I booked a ticket for my In-Laws in Air India thru Expedia.
His first name has 11 characters.
His Last name has 14 characters and it has a space

When we booked thru Expedia we gave his full name and the Itinerary had correct name. But his last letter from first name got truncated in the AIR INDIA website and the space in his last name is missing.
When we contact AIR INDIA, they say its a problem from Expedia. When we call Expedia, they say problem is from AIR INDIA.

Its so overwhelming to be tossed back and forth between Expedia and AIR INDIA. Do you have any inputs for this?
