I went to my local chippy and asked for cod. They had ran out so said sorry, but we do still have Haddock. I was really annoyed, how dare they offer me something else! They should have just said "No, no cod", and let me be.
To be fair to the OP, I do get annoyed that when changing a reward flight search, the destination and dates always stick, but the class always reverts to Economy. I'm sure that there are cases where people have accidentally bought a flight in Economy when they wanted monkfish, er I mean First.
Yes, that's a legitimate gripe IMO.
