I used my 2 free Hyatt nights at Sydney Park Hyatt for rooms that start at $800 - and that was when there was no minimum spend required for the 2 nights, only first use. Also, I believe that the AF was waived for the first year (I could be wrong about this, but it hardly matters - the Park Hyatt was well worth it - it beats your $528 by a country mile)
