Hi,

I had a Your24 request denied for the following:

Ineligibility Reason: More than one room

Can I ask:
1) Is this correct, and
2) Is it allowed to request the Your24 for only one room? (Not sure how checking in would work).

Sorry if this is already covered but I couldn't find it in a search.
