Very little about Abuja would surprise me, and it's no secret that many BA staff loathe working on that service (though some enjoy it). I must admit I would probably be pleased to get a CW seat for a WT price, and left it at that. When you have a poor or overworked crew, which isn't something I encounter that often, then best first go to the galley to ask what you need - in this case the WT galley for breakfast - and on the second occasion search out the CSD / CSM. Then there won't be a third occasion, in my experience. Having said that, you seem to have got a hybrid CW/WT service and I'd probably be happy to get a decent breakfast on the ground.
