The USA does not do immigration checks for people leaving the USA.

(They also do not allow for airside transit without entering the USA- it seems like how we use Imperial systems of measurement and Fahrenheit, we're different from everyone else.)

And yes, you'll need to clear security in ANC and LAX since your gates are not connected behind security, so 1.5 hours is (as noted above) the minimum connecting time.
