Tool to track flights and trains?

I've used gcmap.com in the past to map out multi-segment trips, and straight up Google Maps for simpler things like lists of locations visited, but I'd like to capture a trip I just made in a nice graphical way that includes the routings, as well.

Issue is, the trip included multiple air segments broken up by multiple rail segments, and I can't seem to find a good way to represent them all together. Basically, I'd like something like GC Map but which also includes major railstations or city centers as waypoints. Bonus points if it will show the actual rail route.

I know I can just enter the lat/lon into GCMap, but I guess I'd first like to see if there's a tool out there that can do this more natively or elegantly.

Ideas?
