On the flip side, the SPG Ambassador isn't a personal concierge. You wouldn't call them to arrange a ride from JFK to your office building (or would you?). If the hotel has no airport transportation function (which is odd), then this would seem to be a non-SPG-related request, other than the drop point.
I'm not so sure about that. Perhaps others have more detail, but IIRC the Ambassadors are charged with making your
travel easier. So making a rezzie at a restaurant where you live? Doubtful. But a restaurant recommendation/rezzie in another city? Yes, I'd ask for help with that, assuming that the Ambassador would reach out to a local Concierge at a Starwood property.
