Depends entirely on what kind of cuisine you would like. Someplace unique to Arizona such as Kai at the Wild Horse Pass? Classic French can be found at Christopher's. If you have to have supposedly the best pizza in the US there is Pizzeria Bianco. Classic Arizona restaurants might include Durant's, Lon's at the Hermosa, or House of Tricks.
