For me in particular, I have posted several messages congratulating you on your presence here and the way you have resolved situations for some people. But just focus on the one negative thing I say, I don`t mind. Can`t say I am surprised either.
Am I impressed that you take the time to respond to customers genuine concerns, yes, very much so. Do I have to agree with everything you say or even trust you, no I do not.
You should ignore posts you disagree with/feel threatened by/feel insulted by, not respond to them. Makes you the bigger person, but I digress.
Once again, your presence here is valuable to the people that fly your airline, don`t know how much clearer I can be. However, I stand by my words concerning your reply, it served no purpose. We will not settle that here, nor should it matter to you all that much.
Listen, I'm not in it for the praise or abuse. I'm on here because I firmly believe we should engage with you guys on here. I'm happy you appreciate our presence, and I don't take offence to anything or any post. Anyone is free to disagree with what I say, but the caveat is that I am free to do the same. And please trust me when I say I ignore
far more posts than I reply to, though it's a double edged sword because when I do I get chided for having taken my ball and gone home (note this isn't directed at you but at a select other few posts I've come across who state that my absence is personal rather than a) the fact that I'm ignoring useless posts, and b) I have an actual day job).
