Forgive me, but I don't believe we have ever expressed we do not want to attract and retain any pax simply because of an airline choice. What I do recall saying is that I interpreted the signature in a certain post to be de facto bragging about how much revenue AC wasn't getting, and I took that to be a snub and responded in kind. That said, I also believe it was a misunderstanding for which I publicly apologised.
