AC marketing insisted all inclusive fares were ok, too. And couldn't be shown any different on the Canadian site, even though they worked in EU.
People here aren't all stupid and when you are found out you need to stand up and show courage to admit mistakes. This isn't church and AC executives aren't Jesus and the Twelve Apostles they like to believe themselves to be.
I am totally fed up with marketing double speak. It's condescending and unnecessary. How about a clean and fair business relationship between your company and your customers?
