True on the continental option, in fact, I have regularly had some crew telling me there was none loaded or that they don't have a continental option on breakfast flights only to find it and offer it apologetically after a bit of rummaging towards the bottom of the cart!
A lightly spiced dish with salmon and lentils. Was quite nice, even though it didn't look very appetising, in fact the crew member apologised in advance for it. (this was band 3)
