In light of the recent changes to the FF program and the fact that I can't stand to fly F9 any more (no PreCheck, ridiculous baggage fees, surly employees, etc.) I've decided that I should unload the last of my EarlyReturns miles before they become completely worthless. Has anyone had any luck selling them or redeeming them for things other than airfare? Obviously the websites that allow you to transfer miles are a complete rip off, but perhaps there's another way to use them that I've overlooked?

I have ~78,000 miles to unload (mostly earned flying into DRO, TEX, and HDN because they used to be a great alternative to renting a car when skiing).
