I stayed at Luna Baglioni, Aman and Cipriani in that order in April this year. I didn't like the Cipriani at all - too impersonal and such a hassle having to catch the boat every time. The GM only has time for some guests. Service at Aman of course was excellent and the public rooms were amazing. I liked the Luna Baglioni best - they were very warm and friendly and I loved the location.
