Had a very bad experience here on Friday night... arrived at 1am after a long and very delayed flight from Peru, and was simply told at check in "there is no room, sorry". This is despite having a confirmed reservation and being a gold member.

They twice tried to force us both into a single room, but had made no effort to rebook anywhere else. After calling around a bit, they offered us a room at Euston, but wanted me to pay a higher rate for the pleasure! Obviously refused...

Won't be coming back to this one in a hurry.
