I believe you'll find that virtually all are operated by US even though they're sold by AA. And US doesn't have the benefit of MCE seats, though maybe someone used to BA short haul wouldn't notice.
It appears that AA operates one nonstop on the SEA-PHX route (and I presume one in the reverse direction). On an Avios redemption, you can't book AA codeshares, so it appears that the OP priced a roundtrip on AA metal in one direction, and US metal in the other. That properly resulted in a quote of 105,000 Avios for the roundtrip in F.
