YN is the bucket for coach saver award. When there are no saver awards is when United's unrestricted access to saver award kicks in. If YN everyone can buy a saver award. If no YN then only "Silber" (silver) and above have unrestricted access to saver awards for any seat available for sale.

You aren't eligible for YN. When there is no YN you have unrestricted access to saver awards for any seat available for sale. Same for IN and O I believe, not just coach.
