I recently went by the airport the afternoon before departing on a very early morning flight to start an international trip so that I could scan my passport and be issued my "real" boarding passes. Thanks for the response. I'm 90 miles from the airport, so going by early isn't an option.

I called again and the agent confirmed I was checked in. She said she'd email me confirmation of same, but it never appeared in my inbox.

She said her screen said I was on the upgrade list, but she said her screen didn't show where I was on the list. She said that was odd (no kidding) and she kept working on it for a few more minutes. In the end, she guaranteed I was checked in, but she couldn't say where I was on the upgrade list.

The app and website both say checked in, but that the boarding pass is unavailable. On both the app and website, I can view the upgrade list, but I do not appear on it.

Not bad for my first flight after making PM for the first time.
