Let's shoot for the moon here and include some really demanding stuff - the sort of thing that any remote AAdmiral's Club or AA check-in agent can offer like, errm, moving your flights during irrops instead of telling you to go and queue up in the Galleries Club or main terminal
Now that would be a good idea. It shouldn't be necessary to queue up in the GC or the main terminal to be rebooked when you are at the CCR.
