Put some more spend on the card to exceed the 10K requirement and then write a very polite letter or SM explaining your mistake to Citi and ask them to consider being kind enough to award you the miles despite your oversight.
And/or ask them if they could at least be kind enough to give a smaller bonus (say, 60k, because there's a 60k offer which would requires only half the spend, which you clearly exceeded).
