Well, AFAIK there are around 500 CCR card holders at BAEC and currently around 3'500-4'300 HON Circle members at M&M (the numbers of HON Circle members have been higher some time ago (around 5'500-6'000 confirmed at mid 2010) but due changes to the qualification scheme this has decreased as expected my LH/M&M). According to LH management in a roundtable event, the HON Circle management initially was designed for 2'500 to 3'000 members.
