Please don;t beat me up too much on this. I have already beat myself up enough
I got the Citi Executive AA card during the 100k bonus for 10k spend in 3 months. I was also meeting minimum spend on 4 other cards at the time. Well, after drinking a bottle of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay purchased for $9.97, I decided to do the current spend in my head and forgot to subtract the annual fee from my bill. Put the card in the sock drawer and went on to meet minimum spend on the BA 100k offer. Fast forward 3 months later and looked at my AA account and promptly went into panic mode. I emailed customer care and they said sorry, you missed by $34. Any suggestions?
