On-line and App Check-In Problems
I tried to check-in for tomorrow's flight this morning. The app returned an error saying "Unable to verify your information at this time. Please try again later."
I then tried to check-in online and the website said "Unable to find your reservation. Please call your regional assistance office for help."
I call in, and after 10 minutes on-hold and being asked repeatedly "did you make any changes to this reservation" to which I replied "no", they said "we found the glitch and fixed it. You are able to check-in".
I went to the app and was able to go through the check-in process, but my boarding pass is unable to be viewed. Also, I do not appear on the upgrade list.
The website says "We are unable to complete your check-in request.
You will need to check in at the airport with an agent."
What's going on?
Possible other obstacles/considerations...It's a multi-city trip during which I made PM...my wife is flying on an award ticket (different PNR, different reservation, different confirmation number) booked under my SkyMiles account to a different destination.
