Well, if you enjoyed your time in Corsica and the food there - consider dinner at Le Cosi located at 9, rue Cujas which is an easy walk from your hotel. Stumbled on the place several years ago and have returned multiple times, always had good food and service at prices that may exceed but will not devastate an academic per diem.
