Just came back and the Wynn, Encore were spotty. The max I was able to obtain was 6 Mbps; however, on average it was around 3 Mbps. The good thing about their wifi is they have wifi in the pool area too.
The best wifi as already mentioned is Palazzo where I ran speed tests and I got a very smooth 30-32 Mbps.
On average, I think you'll be lucky to get speeds more than 3 Mbps. It's really pitiful for Vegas to offer such slow speeds.
I think there needs to be some government legislation (I hear it may be coming) on hotels/motels advertising broadband or hi-speed internet when in fact it's not.
