Thanks for the replies, I didn't consider seeing if I could be guested into a T5 lounge.

I may just go for a wonder around a nearby village or something then - looking randomly at a map, Harmondsworth and the moor look decent enough. I certainly couldn't bear to spend 5 hours sitting at Gordon Ramsay - it would have been bad enough in a lounge with free food and drink!
