This is one area DL IT is pretty good - i.e. agent accidentally entered extra letter in my name on some reservations: DL no problem with everything credited/skymiles status etc without even calling; for United I had to call and email and email before could fix it to recognize status. Similar topic but people with hyphens apparently can not use the automated kiosks at customs - not sure if this will be an issue for you but they always give my wife the big X.
