Hi all. I'm a UA Premier Plat flyer who, despite being close to his million-mile chip, has had enough of $misek's United and am evaluating my options.

I fly SFO-LHR every 6-8 weeks as my primary route and would be buying economy or premium economy tickets in line with my corporate travel policy. I'm mostly looking for a consistent improvement in customer service, on-time departures, and better equipment (in that order).

Can anyone comment on common equipment and potential outcomes of a status match request from UA?
