Yep - tried online but a box came up saying no changes allowed.
This doesn't sound right if they were economy tickets. IME, even the cheapest BA economy tickets are semi-flex in that they can be changed for a change fee plus fare difference. From the UK, I thought that generally only I class (and possibly R class) Club tickets are now non-changeable.
