It will be NF, however, you are right in that all 12F aircraft have Rockwell Collins IFE. This is AVOD like Thales, but the screen will not be HD and the selection will be slightly more limited.
Yes, the 12F aircraft have crew rests, and I think the galley at Doors 2 is configured slightly differently which leads to the large empty space in the forward cabin on the K side. When these aircraft were refurbished with NF, they went from 13F seats to 12F seats.
