This is a giant tourist-bus hotel, a sleep factory. Halls look like kids have been skateboarding on the walls, but our room was in good shape.

Worst check-in experience in my 8 years of status with Starwood.Just brutal. Acted like she was doing us a favor by letting us into the hotel. Kept trying to "give"us an extra foldaway cot we didn't want or need for 40 Euros a night. No offer of Plat amenity. Told me we could not have free breakfast because it was not included in rate. No offer of Green Choice. Nothing. Really bad start to stay.

Also no waters in room. Got one day when requested, never any other.

Rest of staff was nice. Beds are good. Great ice machines. Wash and use metal trash can liners for great champagne bucket!

Cheap for Paris. Got what we paid for.
