Me and my brother will be arriving into London about 1220 and don't fly till 1840, the intention was to go to T5 for about 1400 and have a bite to eat and some drinks and mainly chill out before a hectic few days.
No limit as long as the lounge is open. And you can leave the lounge and re-enter as many times as you like, just keep your bp with you as you may need to be scanned in again. (The agents change frequently so the new one won't necessarily know whether you've already been in or not)
