I was thinking oversell, but EF says J4/Y9+ (even E9), so I'm not getting too excited. I'm on a T fare. The most expensive T fare I've ever bought ($1,600 STL-DTW-AMS-BLL RT) but a T nonetheless.

From the posts here the $750 seems to be the going rate TATL, but there doesn't seem to be a pattern on when they are offered (which is probably DL's idea to not "train" people to expect a $750 upsell offer).
