I once got grilled by a rep in florida about multiple payments I had made that day and the day before. I was meeting min spend on my citi exec card and wanted to pay it off before the statement closed.

Now I spread my citi charges across multiple cards at the beginning of the cycle and pay off 1k at a time

I hear Florida reps are a pain. Reps from Kentucky and South Dekota are best in my opinion
