If it is not listed in the eligible fare class at the top, then you will not earn anything I think the reason for the confusing set up for each LAN subsidiary as all fare classes earn miles for those LA subsidiary flights except the ones listed for each subsidiary.

You still can credit those flights to AA and earn 100% for Q fares on LA.

Not Eligible on LAN long haul flights, flights within Chile and flights within Argentina

Eligible on flights within Ecuador and Peru
