All they need to do is somehow check the previous inbound flight via the reservations or check-in system. Everything's linked together. It's not difficult.

I just don't think BA think of it as important enough. It's not leaving London, so they don't consider the next flight much. Are they forgetting that they are trying to be one of the front running major European hubs? After all, we're not just talking about domestic connections here, but also from CE/CW/F to Euro Traveler. Same thing.

When I pitched up at Galleries North (in between a TATL and my connection back up to NCL) , I was a little hassled (to say the least) and was ready for a no. (Flying in CW - DOM) . Was waved through with a smile after she tapped some keys , saying the info was there on the computer. So they can do it - just perhaps not consistently enough...
