Flying into BWI soon and noticed that all the car companies, except for Hertz was really high for when I was renting. I get in at 10:35 am, so I figured 11am would be the best time to start the rental. I leave four days later at 3:15 pm, so I figured 2pm would be the best drop off time. I started playing with rates and I noticed, whenever I went out of a 2 hour window (i.e. 12pm beginning, 2pm ending) that i was slapped with weekly rate (even 30 minutes out of it). So what is the typical window there and do you think my pick up and drop off times are good? let me know.
