thats exactly what i meant when i said:
number two - book as much as you can online, call to add missing pieces
you have 24h to cancel award or $ ticket without fees. Book as much as you can online, then call and ask them to add missing pieces.
as for phone fee - depends on how nice you are to the reps, you may be able to plead "web site problems, it should be doable online could you wave the fee". it will depend on the agent
