Yeah mostly related to stop overs, changes to your ticket, not eligible for miles etc. It has happened to me a couple of times despite my ticket saying economy so it seems like if you directly paid through the airline website vs doing it through some agent.
Its hard to explain but you know when you book a hotel room through priceline/orbitz and you dont get a different allotted room from the same class vs buying it directly from the hotel?
