HND F lounge when it was open was pretty similar to the NRT one in terms of standards, although the HND F lounge did not open early enough for the BA departure which used to be quite a bit earlier than it is now.
With BA HND flight having been retimed to more civilised time (after 8 am), the issue of the HND F lounge not being open for the BA flight is no longer an issue once the HND F lounge re-opens. I think it's scheduled to reopen sometime this month if everything goes according to plan.
