The Aeroplan website is not exactly the best search tool. If you tell us where it is you are wanting to go, when, how flexible your dates are, and from what starting point, we might be able to help in your flight search. Or, if what you're looking for is going to be nearly impossible to find, we may be able to suggest some alternative routes/options.

We're trying to do a multi-city itinerary:
Seattle -> Athens (sept 6)
Istanbul -> Seattle (sept 27).
Our dates aren't super flexible since we've already booked that time off work. We're trying to avoid flights that are 25+ hours long, which is what I'm seeing on the portal right now. The best I found was through Lufthansa directly: 13 hours there, 15 hours back and still somewhat reasonably priced, so I might just book that instead of draining our inlaws' account for a flight that'll take 3 days to get there. Sounds like an upgrade isn't looking so good
